Press-on nails are cosmetic and aesthetic products. Their hold depends notably on:

We do not guarantee the same wear time for all users.

Important exceptions:

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, cosmetic and manicure products that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned.

The product must be:

unused
in its original packaging

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there is an error on our part.
