REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
1. RETURN PERIOD
We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange, except in exceptional circumstances.
2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

be new and unused

be in its original undamaged packaging

contain all kit components
-
show no signs of use
For hygiene reasons, unsealed or used press-on nails cannot be returned.
3. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
The following items cannot be refunded:

Opened or used products
-
Personalized or custom-made items
-
Promotional or sale products (unless defective)
-
Gift cards
4. RETURN PROCEDURE
To make a return:

Indicate your order number and the reason for the return.

Await confirmation and return instructions.
Any return sent without prior agreement may be refused.
5. RETURN SHIPPING FEES
Unless there is an error on our part or a defective product:

We recommend tracked shipping.
PopNails cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
6. REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the product:

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Processing can take up to 14 business days depending on your bank.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in case of our error.
7. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERRORS
If you receive an item that is:

damaged
-
defective
-
incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos.
We will offer, depending on the case:

free replacement
-
refund
-
suitable solution
8. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, the standard return procedure applies.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
In accordance with European regulations, you have a legal period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
However, this right does not apply to products opened for hygiene reasons.
10. PARTIAL REFUNDS
A partial refund may be applied if:

the item is returned damaged

elements are missing
-
the product shows signs of use
11. EXCHANGES
We only replace defective or incorrect items.

12. UNCLAIMED PACKAGES / CARRIER RETURNS
If a package is returned to us due to:

recipient's absence

non-claim
Reshipment fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
